Professional Background
Tanvi Singh is the founder of AdYield Labs and has been working in large-scale programmatic advertising operations for more than ten years. Most of her experience comes from working directly inside digital publishing operations where monetization performance is tracked every day and even small changes can affect revenue outcomes.
Before starting AdYield Labs, she worked with media organizations such as Zee Media Corporation Ltd, Network18 Media & Investments Limited, Times Internet, and The Tribune Trust. During this time, she was involved in different areas of programmatic monetization including demand management, exchange monitoring, pricing analysis, revenue reporting, and auction performance tracking.
Her work was not limited to strategy discussions alone. These included the day-to-day operations duties that required the assessment of CPM movement, discrepancies, demand partners’ performance, technical coordination, and ensuring proper monetization system operation on various websites.
The practical exposure over the years made her realize the actual behavior of programmatic auctions in the context of publishing, where the variation in traffic, pricing, latency, and supply paths directly influences monetization performance.

Experience in Programmatic Monetization
Tanvi has worked on several operational areas related to programmatic advertising including header bidding setups, demand integrations, supply-side monetization workflows, and auction optimization processes.
She has experience working with Google Ad Exchange demand, open bidding environments, header auction implementations, and multiple SSP relationships. Her responsibilities have also included monitoring reporting alignment, reviewing revenue patterns, maintaining ad quality standards, and supporting monetization decision-making across publishing operations.
While working with Zee Media Corporation Ltd, indirect revenue operations across nine digital properties recorded 100% year-on-year growth during FY 2021–22. The growth was achieved through gradual optimization improvements, demand evaluation, auction monitoring, and structured monetization adjustments rather than short-term experimental changes.
This long-term operational exposure shaped her approach toward monetization. Instead of depending on unnecessary complexity, the focus has always remained on improving auction efficiency, maintaining cleaner monetization structures, and building sustainable revenue systems that continue performing over time.
Building AdYield Labs
AdYield Labs was started after years of observing common monetization issues across digital publishing environments. In many cases, revenue inefficiencies develop slowly through fragmented supply paths, inconsistent pricing structures, unmanaged demand relationships, and reactive optimization practices.
The objective behind AdYield Labs is to provide practical programmatic consulting based on real operational experience rather than generic recommendations.
Tanvi’s approach focuses on identifying monetization friction areas carefully and improving them through structured optimization processes. This includes evaluating auction behavior, reviewing supply path efficiency, improving header bidding frameworks, and simplifying monetization workflows where required.
Rather than focusing only on temporary revenue spikes, the priority is to build stable and scalable monetization systems that support long-term operational efficiency.
Areas of Work
Through AdYield Labs, Tanvi works on programmatic advertising strategy, yield optimization, header bidding operations, supply path evaluation, monetization audits, and auction performance analysis.
Each project is approached with a strong focus on operational clarity, transparency, and implementation practicality. The goal is to help businesses understand where monetization inefficiencies exist and how those areas can be improved systematically. This operational experience also contributes to our programmatic monetization course designed for advertising and revenue teams.
Education
Tanvi holds an MBA in Marketing from Panjab University along with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. Her academic background supports both the technical and commercial aspects of programmatic monetization work.
After spending more than a decade in digital monetization and advertising operations, she continues to focus on developing monetization systems that are transparent, organized, and sustainable over the long term.
