How AdYield Labs Took Shape

The agency was formed as a solution to this problem.

The goal was not to start another full-service advertising agency but to form a niche practice that could understand monetization in-depth and make decisions based on that knowledge. About the Founder

The founder of AdYield Labs, Tanvi Singh, has more than 12 years of experience in programmatic advertising and has been a Programmatic Lead at various successful organizations. She has had extensive experience working with publishers, demand partners, and monetization teams over the years, which has given her a deep understanding of how programmatic infrastructure works at scale.

Her experience has been in strategy, execution, and long-term monetization planning, which has been based on real-world learnings rather than case studies. This experience has been a key factor in the decision to start AdYield Labs as an independent agency that takes a thoughtful and publisher-first approach to monetization.
